Structural chemistry of NaCoPO₄

Synopsis: The crystal structures of both polymorphs of NaCoPO₄ have been determined by single crystal X-ray diffraction. Bond-valence analysis reveals that the polymorphism is due in part to the bonding around the Na atoms.
