Synopsis: The structure of Cs2Mo4O13 comprises two different types of infinite [Mo4O13]n2- chain separated by Cs+ ions. The first chain is made from blocks of two MoO6 octahedra sharing a face while the second chain consists of a set of two MoO6 octahedra, one MoO5 square pyramid and one MoO4 tetrahedron sharing edges and corners.
