Abstract: In the structures of the title compounds, [Pd(C₅H₉)(C₃₂H₃₇N₂O₂P)]PF₆ and [PdCl₂(C₃₂H₃₇N₂O₂P)], the bis(dihydrooxazolyl)phosphine ligand is N,P-bidentate, with S chirality on the P atom. In the allyl complex, the -allyl ligand ligates in a syn-syn-³C manner.
