Integrating documents from different domains. Sequence and structure information is converted to subtrees in an SD. Semantics are added by rendering through stylesheets or linking to domain-specific glossaries. In addition, the components of the two documents can be mapped onto each other through an out-of-line linkbase which might (say) correlate residues in the sequence with active-site information. |
