Human platelet aggregation induced by agkaggregin. 10 µl of agkaggregin solution was added to 200 µl of human platelet-rich plasma pre-incubated at 310 K for 3 min. The final concentration of agkaggregin was 5 µg ml^-1 (179 nM).
