Stereoview of the active site. A molecule of AMP is bound in the active site formed by regions of three of the four subunits. There are four active sites per tetramer, with each active site formed by contributions from three of the four subunits, in this case by A (yellow), B (orange) and D (purple). The same colour scheme is used as in Fig. 2[link].
