While most components are coloured blue, the green shapes show where the diagram has been truncated to avoid excessive complexity on the screen and the white shape with the red border indicates the starting point for the current diagram. Clicking on a shape navigates to the standard PiMS page for that object. For example, clicking the shapes indicated by red asterisks navigates to either the experiment page or the sample page in Figs. 2[link](c) and 2[link](b), respectively.
