Comparison of the inter-domain interactions in the structures of the FP domains of Fbxo7 and PI31. For each structure, three domains in the crystals are shown in cartoon and surface modes with different colouring in red, green and blue. For Fbxo7, inter-domain interaction is mediated by an α/β interface. For PI31, two different interfaces exist: the α interface and β interface.
