The upper panel displays an enlarged view of the dimerization interface between the two catalytic domains as seen from the back of the central figure. All residues involved in the dimerization interface formed by hydrogen bonds, salt bridges or hydrophobic interactions are represented by sticks and are labelled with single-letter amino-acid codes. The lower panel displays an enlarged view of the interaction interface between the LysM1 and catalytic domains.
