The three-dimensional grid search for optimizing the parameter group (γ, wDCN, μ). The search is over 180 grid points: (0, 0.2, 0.4, 0.6, 0.8, 1) for γ, (3, 10, 30, 100, 300) for wDCN and (0, 0.2, 0.4, 0.6, 0.8, 1) for μ. The particular set that delivers the lowest Rfree for the final structure is the optimum and the corresponding structure is kept for subsequent analysis. |
