The CD spectra of both proteins are highly similar, suggesting that the partial removal of the oligosaccharide moieties did not affect the overall structure of IFNγR2. Right: normalized melting curves measured from temperature-dependent CD spectra at 280 nm. The melting temperature was estimated as 64°C for both glycosylated and deglycosylated IFNγR2.
