Methyl 2-(2-pyridyl)quinoline-4-carboxylate

Abstract: The synthesis and structure of the title compound, C₁₆H₁₂N₂O₂, are described. The observed conformation in the solid state is similar to that determined previously by ¹H NMR and two-dimensional COSY NMR analysis.
