NTA-1,10-phenanthroline-water (1/1/1)

Abstract: The title complex, C₆H₉NO₆·C₁₂H₈N₂·H₂O, is composed of nitrilotriacetic acid (NTA), 1,10-phenanthroline and water in the molar ratio of 1:1:1. The crystal structure, determined at 180 K, contains an extensive network of hydrogen bonds and both intra- and intermolecular H-atom transfers are observed.
