Abstract: In the title compound, C₁₈H₁₁Cl₂NO₂, the succinimide and cyclobutene rings are individually planar, with a dihedral angle of 66.02  (14)° between them. The crystal structure is stabilized by C-H interactions involving the phenyl rings.
