Abstract: All interatomic distances in the title compound, C13H13O2P, can be considered normal. The phosphorus tetrahedron exhibits its usual deformation. The (2-methoxyphenyl)phosphine section is almost planar. The structure is assembled via intermolecular C-H
O hydrogen bonds, to form of one-dimensional chains.
