N-Hydroxypiperidinium chloride

Abstract: [(CH₂)₅NHOH]⁺·Cl^- contains a six-membered piperidinium ring with a chair conformation, linked to chloride ions by N-HCl and O-HCl hydrogen bonds. The hydroxy substituent is in an equatorial site.
