3,5-Dimethyl-2H-pyrazol-1-ium diphenylphosphate

Abstract: The crystal structure of the title complex, C₅H₉N₂⁺·C₁₂H₁₀O₄P^-, is reported. The C₅N₂H₉⁺ cation and PO₂(OC₆H₅)₂^- anion are linked by N-HO hydrogen bonds and form chains along the b axis. The geometry around the P atom indicates a distorted tetrahedron.
