Abstract: In the title compound, C₇H₄ClNO₄·C₄H₄N₂, the two components are connected by an O-HN hydrogen bond. C-HO hydrogen bonds connect the C₇H₄ClNO₄·C₄H₄N₂ units to afford a macrocycle with graph-set descriptor R₄⁴(16); this ring is located on an inversion center.
