Abstract: The skeleton, without hydrogen atoms, of the title molecule, C₁₀H₉BrN₂O₃, is planar, and intramolecular N-HO and O-HO hydrogen bonds contribute to this planarity. The molecules exist in the stereoisomeric Z form.
