Abstract: The crystal structure of carbamoylmethyl 3,4,5-trihydroxybenzoate 0.33-hydrate, C9H9NO6·0.33H2O, is reported. Three crystallographically independent molecules with different conformations are observed, with two having the amide group in the plane of the benzoate unit and the third lying out of the plane.
