Abstract: In the title compound, C26H36N4O4, the two phenyl rings are almost parallel, making a dihedral angle of 2.54 (6)°. The piperazine ring adopts a chair conformation, with the substituents on the N atoms both lying in equatorial positions so that the molecule has an extended conformation and is pseudocentrosymmetric. The crystal structure is stabilized by intramolecular and intermolecular O-H
N hydrogen bonds and weak C-H
O interactions.
