2-Hydroxy-4,4-dimethyl-N-(4-methylphenyl-6-oxocyclohexanylacetamide

Abstract: In the title compound, C₁₇H₂₁NO₃, the cyclohexene ring adopts an envelope conformation. The phenyl ring forms a dihedral angle of 35.77  (4)° with the amide plane. In the crystal, the symmetry-related molecules are linked through N-HO, O-HO and weak C-HO hydrogen bonds, to form molecular networks parallel to (110).
