Abstract: The title compound, C17H18BrN3O4·C3H7NO, has a supramolecular structure which is based on two antiparallel C(11) chains, formed by O-H...O hydrogen bonds. It is enhanced by a further linkage via two N-H...O hydrogen bonds to the DMF solvent molecule, forming an R_2^1(7). C-H...O weak hydrogen bonds link adjacent molecules in the chain. These chains are then linked together by two C-H...O weak hydrogen bonds forming a molecular ladder, which runs parallel to the b axis and comprises a series of ring structures.
