Abstract: The title dinuclear Rh complex, [Rh₂I₂(CO)₄], adopts a V-shape conformation with an intramolecular RhRh distance of 3.385  (1)  Å. The molecules are connected in a zigzag fashion, with intermolecular RhRh distances of 3.637  (2)  Å.
