(Z)-Azulene-1-carboxaldehyde oxime

Abstract: In the title compound, C₁₁H₉NO, the azulene moiety is planar with a delocalized 10-electron perimeter. In the crystal structure, the molecules are connected by hydrogen bonds and -stacking to form chains running along the a axis.
