Abstract: The title compound, C₂₆H₄₀N₄O₄, displays approximate twofold symmetry. The four amide groups are arranged such that four intramolecular N-HO hydrogen bonds are formed. The molecules are linked into layers by bifurcated (C-H)₂O interactions.
