Abstract: In the crystal structure of [PtBrH(C₁₈H₁₅P)₂]·0.5C₇H₈, the Pt atom has a distorted square-planar environment, with the coordination sphere comprising hydride, bromide and mutually trans triphenylphosphine ligands.
