Abstract: The title molecule, C₁₇H₁₆F₂N₂O₄S₂, contains a diazacyclohexane ring with fluorobenzenesulfonamide groups, and an exocyclic double bond. This polyamine ring was synthesized to be a precursor for novel energetic analogs of 1,3,5-trinitrotriazacyclohexane (RDX), from a complex condensation reaction. The structure contains several weak intermolecular and intramolecular C-HO contacts.
