Abstract: Two molecules of the title compound, C₁₃H₁₁BrN₂O, are linked by an intermolecular BrN_pyridyl interaction of 3.263  (4)  Å across a center of inversion. The imino N atom is engaged in intramolecular hydrogen bonding with the phenol group [ON  = 2.595  (5)  Å].
