(1RS,3RS)-2-Methoxymethyl-1,3-dithiolane 1,3-dioxide

Abstract: The title compound, C₅H₁₀O₃S₂, consists of a five-membered dithiolane ring with one O atom bonded to each S atom and a methoxymethyl group at the 2-position. Some interatomic close contacts appear to influence the geometry of the dithiolane ring.
