Abstract: The dihedral angle between the amide group and the pentafluorophenyl moiety of the title compound, C₇H₂F₅ON, is 43.56  (5)°. The molecules are connected via N-HO=C bonds into an infinite, two-dimensional network generated by the cyclic R₂²(8) and chain C(4) motifs.
