Abstract: In the title compound, C₁₅H₁₂Cl₂O₂, the two benzene rings are approximately orthogonal. Two intermolecular O-HO hydrogen bonds are formed between the hydroxyl and carbonyl groups of two molecules related by a symmetry center.
