Abstract: The crystal structure of [RuCl₂(C₁₃H₁₃N₃)₂] contains complexes on general positions and complexes located on crystallographic twofold rotation axes. The three independent 2-phenylazo-4,6-dimethylpyridine ligands all have the same conformation.
