Abstract: The crystal structure of the title compound, [IrCl₂H(C₁₈H₁₅P)₂(CO)] or [IrCl₂(H)(CO)(PPh₃)₂], has been determined. The compound is an octahedral iridium(III) complex with trans phosphine and cis chloride ligands. The molecule sits on a crystallographic twofold axis.
