Abstract: The title compound, C26H28Cl2N4O4, the (+)-enantiomer of the orally active broad-spectrum antifungal agent ketoconazole, crystallizes in space group P1 with two molecules in the unit cell. Both molecules have the 2R,4S configuration, but the achiral parts of the molecules are packed in a pseudo-centrosymmetric fashion.
