The title compound, C26H28Cl2N4O4, the (+)-enantiomer of the orally active broad-spectrum antifungal agent ketoconazole, crystallizes in space group P1 with two mol­ecules in the unit cell. Both mol­ecules have the 2R,4S configuration, but the achiral parts of the mol­ecules are packed in a pseudo-centrosymmetric fashion.
