2-Hydroxyacetophenone 3-hydroxy-2-naphthoylhydrazone

Abstract: The molecule of the title compound, C₁₉H₁₅N₂O₃, an aroylhydrazone, is almost planar. The C=O bond length of 1.219  (2)  Å suggests that the title compound is in the keto form. The C=N double bond has a length of 1.280  (2)  Å. The crystal structure is stabilized by N-HO, O-HO and O-HN hydrogen bonds.
