Abstract: The crystal structure of the title compound, C₂₇H₂₄N₄O·H₂O, containing triarylamine and benzoic hydrazide units and water of crystallization, shows a variety of hydrogen bonds, as well as features in which the N atom in the triarylamine moiety is sp²-hybridized and the three benzene rings are twisted with respect to one another.
