N-Ethoxycarbonyl-N'-(2-methylphenyl)thiourea

Abstract: The crystal structure of the title compound, C₁₁H₁₄N₂O₂S, has been determined by X-ray analysis. An intramolecular N-HO hydrogen bond forms a six-membered ring in the central part of the molecule. In the crystal structure, the molecules are connected into infinite zigzag chains by intermolecular N-HS and N-HO hydrogen bonds along the c axis.
