Abstract: The title compound, C₁₃H₁₆N₂O₃·H₂O, is an intramolecular salt and combines a water molecule via an O-HO intermolecular hydrogen bond. In the crystal structure, the packing of the molecules is stabilized by O-HO and N-HO hydrogen bonds, and van der Waals forces.
