Abstract: The title compound, [Pd₂(C₂₆H₄₈P₂)₃], crystallizes in an `extended' conformation with crystallographically imposed centrosymmetry. The crystal used was twinned via a 180° rotation about the reciprocal axis (0,0,1). The ratio of the two twin components is 54.16  (4):46.84  (4). The crystal packing involves significant interdigitation of the cyclohexyl groups with a considerable number of short HH contacts.
