Abstract: In the crystal structure of the title compound, [Pd(C₁₇H₂₈N₄S₂)](BF₄)₂, the Pd^II atom is coordinated by one N atom from each of the pyrazolyl groups and the two thioether S atoms in a slightly distorted square-planar geometry.
