N'-(Benzenesulfonyl)-4-methylthiazole-5-carbohydrazide

Abstract: Crystals of the title compound, C₁₁H₁₁N₃O₃S₂, were obtained from the sulfonylation reaction of 4-methylthiazole-5-carbohydrazide with benzenesulfonic chloride. The crystal packing is stabilized by intermolecular N-HO and N-HN hydrogen bonds.
