Abstract: In the title complex, [Ag(C₂H₃N)(C₂₁H₁₅N₃)]PF₆·CH₃CN, the Ag^I atom is coordinated by a tridentate chelating 4'-phenyl-2,2':6',2''-terpyridine ligand and an acetonitrile molecule, to form a distorted square-planar geometry.
