Abstract: In the title centrosymmetric mononuclear copper(II) compound, [Cu(C14H22N2O)2](ClO4)2, the CuII atom is coordinated by two N atoms and two O atoms from two Schiff base ligands. The coordination geometry is slightly distorted square-planar. The disordered perchlorate anions are hydrogen bonded to the cation via N-H
O hydrogen bonds.
