Abstract: The title compound, C₂₀H₂₄Cl₄N₅O₃P₃·0.5C₆H₆, is a novel crypta-phosphazene derivative containing three ether O and two N atoms in the macrocycle. The cavity radius of the macrocycle is estimated to be approximately 1.52  Å. The benzene solvent molecule lies on a crystallographic twofold rotation axis.
