Abstract: The title compound, [Zn(C₇H₃FO₂)₂(C₅H₆N₂)₂], is a mononuclear zinc(II) compound. The Zn^II atom is coordinated by two N atoms from two 2-aminopyridine ligands and two O atoms from two 2-fluorobenzoate anions in a distorted tetrahedral geometry.
