Abstract: In the title salt, C12H24N+·C6H5O4S-·H2O, the dicyclohexylaminium cation is linked to the 4-hydroxysulfonate anion and water molecules via N-H
O and O-H
O hydrogen bonds. The water molecule acts as both a hydrogen donor and acceptor in establishing a three-dimensional hydrogen-bonded network.
