Abstract: In the title compound, C11H14N4O4, the ethyl acetate portion of the organic molecule is nearly planar and makes a dihedral angle of 74.55 (6)° with the plane of the theobromine heterocycle. The crystal structure is stabilized by inter- and intramolecular C-H
O hydrogen bonds and intermolecular C-H
N hydrogen bonds.
