Methyl {2-[(3-phenyl-1,2,4-oxadiazol-5-yl)methoxy]phenyl}acetate

Abstract: The title compound, C₁₈H₁₆N₂O₄, was synthesized by the reaction of methyl (2-hydroxyphenyl)acetate and 5-chloromethyl-3-phenyl-1,2,4-oxadiazole. In the crystal structure, there are weak intermolecular C-HO hydrogen bonds and weak C-H(arene) interactions.
